The School Allowance Benchmarking Report gives a deep understanding of distributing school allowances in the MENA region. In this report, we surveyed 70+ Human Resources Managers specializing in compensation and employee benefits from top corporates with headquarters across the globe. The report summarizes the results of an exploratory survey and shows the key findings on distribution of providing employee benefits, the lower and upper limits of the allowances and the conditions of eligibility.
